Easy, simple greek style dressing.

Ingredients

²⁄₃ cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Lemons (juiced)
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Mediterranean Oregano (dried)
¹⁄₂ tsp Salt
¹⁄₂ tsp Pepper
4 Garlic cloves
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Place all ingredients except oil in jar.

Blend/immersion blend.

Add oil and blend briefly.

Be careful not to over blend.
