Air Fryer New Potatoes

Ingredients

Servings

1 lb Baby or New Potatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Seasoning of choice, salt, and pepper
¹⁄₂ Red Onion (cubed into 1")
1 Bell Pepper (cubed into 1")
2 Serrano Peppers (thinly sliced - optional for heat)

Instructions

Toss potatoes with all ingredients.
Air Fry at 400 for 20-30 minutes
