Directions

Poke holes in potato on all sides.
Add 1 1/2 cups water to Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
Place Trivet inside cooker and place potato on top.

Steam Crisp at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove hot potato and cover with olive oil and course salt.
Cook for an additional 10-20 minutes until internal temp is above 207. Time is dependant upon potato size.

Cut potato open and serve with your favorite fixin's.

 Olive Oil
 Course Salt
 Fixin's
Optional Fixin's
 Butter
 Sour Cream
 Chives
 Grated Parmesan
 Ground Pepper
