Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pound Chicken, 2 breasts (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 Zucchini (sliced into circles)
  • 1 Yellow Squash (sliced into circles)
  • 1 Red Onion (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 Bell pepper (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 8-10 Baby Bella Mushrooms (stems removed)
  • Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce
  • Skewers (if wood soak 30 mins before using)
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into 1" cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Optional: Lightly drizzle veggies with marinade.

  2. Thread ingredients with skewers.

    Make sure to face all curved veggies down, so that juices don't pool when cooking.

  3. Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
