Ingredients
    Main
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (finely grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Garlic clove (pressed)
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning, use instead of dried oregano/basil
Instructions
    Shaken
  1. Mix it all up!

    Add all ingredients into a jar.
    Close lid, and shake to mix.

  2. Blended
  3. Add all ingredients except Olive Oil and parmesan into a jar.

    Quickly blend with immersion blender.

  4. Add Olive Oil and parmesan to jar, shake jar to mix.

    Avoid blending olive oil.
