Ingredients
  • 7 pounds Bone-in Ham (not spiral cut, fully cooked)
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Trim ham to fit in pressure cooker pot.

    Insert probe into thickest part of the ham, avoiding the bone.

    Add tray to pressure cooker to lift ham off base, add ham to pot.

    Add water.

  2. Pressure Cook on high with manual probe temp selection, delayed release.

    Set temp to 150 F.
