Ingredients
  • 2/3 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Lemons (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Mediterranean Oregano (dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except oil in jar.

    Blend/immersion blend.

    Add oil and blend briefly.

    Be careful not to over blend.
