Set cooker to saute mode.
Brown bacon in small amount of olive oil.
Pull meat out, and drain off 90% of the grease, saving enough to saute veggies.
Add onions and bell pepper and saute for 5 mins.
Add garlic and cook 1 min.
Deglaze with small amount of broth.
Add Bacon back in.
Add remaining ingredients.
Push down collard greens to fit.
Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes, quick release.
