Easy, delicious Japanese teriyaki chicken rice bowl.
Place chicken in plastic bag with ½ cup Japanese BBQ sauce, ginger, and place in the fridge for 4-12 hours, or overnight.
Place chicken in air fryer and cook at 375 for 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 160 degrees internal temp.
Pull chicken from air fryer and chop into bite size pieces.
Put the broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and add 2–4 tablespoons of water.
Cover the bowl with a ceramic or stoneware plate.
Microwave on high for 3–4 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
Place 1 cup of rice in a bowl.
Top rice with chicken, broccoli, green onion, and sesame seeds.
Drizzle a little Japanese BBQ sauce over the bowl, and serve.
