Add Ingredients to pressure cooker.
Add optional ingredients and adjust amounts to your taste.
Add water and make sure to stay below the max fill line (roughly 2/3 of the pot).

Pressure Cook on high for 1.5 hours (90 mins).
Set to natural release for 30-45 mins.
Remove lid once pressure is fully released.

Strain and discard all solids. Helps to remove large bulky items first.
Use a fat separator is preferred.
Add additional salt to taste.
