  • 1 pound Dry Pinto Beans
  • 1 Yellow Onion (small, diced)
  • 1 Jalapeno (seeds and membrane removed, diced)
  • 4 Garlic cloves (smashed)
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Mexican Oregano
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 4 teaspoons Tomato with Chicken Granulated Bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 5 cups Water
  • Salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Prep

    Measure out all ingredients and prep veggies.

  2. Cook the Beans

    Place all ingredients in pressure cooker.

    Pressure cook on high for 55 minutes.
