Ingredients
  • 20 ounces HamBeens® 15 BEAN SOUP
  • 1 Ham Bone, with meat on it, trim fat.
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 6 Small Red Potatoes (diced)
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 2 Large Carrots (diced)
  • 3 Celery Stocks (diced)
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (pressed)
  • 1 Fresh Parsley bunch small (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional
  • 2 cups Leftover juices from pressure cooker ham. Deduct from broth above (6 chicken, 2 ham)
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice for serving
Instructions
  1. Sauté Onions until translucent.

    Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

    Turn off heat.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to pot. (Ham, ham bone, broth, parsley, spices, veggies, etc.)

    Pressure cook on High for 1 hour, delayed release.

  3. Remove bones from soup, meat should fall off.

    Serve with fresh squeezed lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
