Sauté Onions until translucent.
Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Turn off heat.
Add all remaining ingredients to pot. (Ham, ham bone, broth, parsley, spices, veggies, etc.)
Pressure cook on High for 1 hour, delayed release.
Remove bones from soup, meat should fall off.
Serve with fresh squeezed lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
