  1. Cook the meat

    Sear Meat

    Add beef broth, garlic, onions, birria bomb to pressure cooker.

    Cook on high for 1 hour, quick release.

  2. Prep Meat and Consommé

    Remove beef and shred.

    Keep the broth and juice to make a Consommé.

    Add some Consommé to the meat, just enough to keep moist.

  3. Make the Tacos

    Cast iron skillet over medium heat.

    Heat meat to crisp.

    Dip tortilla in fat, then cook on both sides.

    Add cheese to tortilla, then top with meat, onions, and cilantro.

    Fold tortilla and cook until crisp, then flip and crisp the other side.

  4. Serve

    Add fresh onion and cilantro to small bowl

    Add in Consommé, dip taco in and enjoy
