

Chicken Pozole (Slow Cooker)

Add chicken, bouillon, 1/2 onion, garlic, seasoning bomb, and water to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours.

Remove chicken, shred it, then return to slow cooker.
Add hominy to slow cooker, and set on warm setting.
Cook for another 30-60 minutes.

Serve
Serve in a bowl and garnish with avocado, cabbage, radish, onion, cilantro, and lime.
