Directions

Place chicken and bell peppers in zip-lock bag.

Add all remaining ingredients into a bowl or jar.
Whisk or shake well to mix.
Pour into bag with chicken and bell peppers.
Let marinade for at least 30-45 minutes, but can be done overnight.

Place chicken and bell peppers in air fryer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Flip chicken and bell peppers.
Cook at 400 degrees for an additional 12-15 minutes.

Ingredients

 2 lbs Chicken Thighs (4 large boneless skinless)
 ½ cup Fresh Orange Juice
 1 Lime (juiced)
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
 2 tbsp Achiote Powder
 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
 1 tsp Ground Cumin
 1 tsp Paprika
 1 tbsp Mexican Oregano
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 1 tsp Salt
 2 Bell Peppers (seeded and cut into thirds)
