Oven Baked Pork Ribs

Easy pork ribs made in the oven. Cook low and slow.

 4 lbs 1 Large Rack of St. Louis Style Pork Ribs
 Pappy's Choice Seasoning
 Brown Sugar
 BBQ Sauce of choice
 Apple Cider Vinegar
Cookware
 Deep Baking Tray
 Backing Rack

Pat dry ribs.
Trim away excess fat.
Remove membrane.
Rub a liberal application of Pappy's seasoning to all sides of ribs.
Place ribs on a rack in a high sided baking tray.
Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Pre-heat over to 235 degrees f.
Spritz apple cider vinegar on top of ribs, pour 3 tbsp. into bottom of tray.
Sprinkle Brown Sugar on top of ribs.
Cover with foil.
Bake in over for 3.5 hours.

Pull Ribs from oven and remove foil.
Cook for another 1 hour uncovered.

Pull Ribs from the over and cover with BBQ Sauce.
Place Ribs back in oven and increase heat to 350 degrees f.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Broil low for 5 minutes to caramelize sauce.

Pull Ribs from oven, let rest for 5 minutes.
Cut Ribs for serving.
Add additional sauce to taste.
